Humes Outfitters is a premium country lifestyle fashion retailer for men and women. They curate a selection of top brands, offering high-quality clothing, footwear and accessories from renowned names such as Barbour, Gant, Schoffel, Holland Cooper, Hicks & Brown, Fairfax & Favor and more.

Originally based in Kelso, Humes Outfitters opened a new store in May 2024 on Bondgate in Alnwick, where this stunning collection of countrywear is available to buy. An array of brands can also be purchased online and via their catalogue.

Tell us about the Shoot Brief

The shoot was for our Spring Summer 2025 collection which embodies a blend of timeless British country style, exceptional craftmanship and contemporary fashion for both men and women.

Why did you choose Lemmington Hall as your Shoot Location Venue?

After working with their sister venue Ellingham Hall on a previous shoot, we were introduced to Lemmington Hall.

For this shoot, we were specifically looking for an outdoor setting, and the stunning gardens and grounds immediately caught our eye. The grandeur of the Georgian building itself also perfectly aligns with the premium, luxury style of our brand.

Tell us about the Spaces you used?

Lemmington Hall’s gardens and grounds provided plenty of beautiful photo opportunities. We primarily shot in the serene water garden, the sun-kissed west terrace near the main building, amongst the woodland trees, along the sweeping entrance driveway and at the grand doorway.

What was your Experience of the Venue and Team?

Thanks to Lemmington Hall, this has been one of our favourite spring-summer photoshoots to date. The team is a delight to work with and have been very accommodating throughout the viewing and booking process to the day of the photoshoot.

We would absolutely recommend Lemmington Hall as a Northumberland Location Venue for a photoshoot. With its grand architecture, 12-acres of beautifully landscaped gardens and scenic surroundings – the venue offers endless opportunities to capture stunning imagery, making it an ideal setting for a variety of shoots.
